ACT Scheme Rules

  • You must have graduated from the academy and have joined your team.
  • Points are allocated based on hours worked the previous month
  • In the case of sickness a pro rata rule will be apply to the points allocation
  • Agents working part time (part time being less than 36.25) will be pro rata 
  • Points accrued during the month an agent leaves the company or department will be deducted.
  • Accounts will be deleted when PM is informed or aprx two weeks after the leave date whichever is sooner.
  • Where an agent does not give the full notice before leaving, accounts may be deleted and points lost.
  • Accounts may be locked in line with disciplinary procedures including any pending investigations. Points may not be accrued during this period. 
  • Performance Managers will administer the Red Letter Day point's scheme and their decision is final.
  • On occasions extra points may be awarded, this will be at the discretion of the PM.
  • Incentive does not form part of the AIM incentive scheme therefore CDM/PM decision is final in all cases.
