ACT Scheme Rules
You must have graduated from the academy
and
have joined your team.
Points are allocated based on hours worked the previous month
In the case of sickness a pro rata rule will be apply to the points allocation
Agents working part time (part time being less than 36.25) will be pro rata
Points accrued during the month an agent leaves the company or department will be deducted.
Accounts will be deleted when PM is informed or aprx two weeks after the leave date whichever is sooner.
Where an agent does not give the full notice before leaving, accounts may be deleted and points lost.
Accounts may be locked in line with disciplinary procedures including any pending investigations. Points may not be accrued during this period.
Performance Managers will administer the Red Letter Day point's scheme and their decision is final.
On occasions extra points may be awarded, this will be at the discretion of the PM.
Incentive does not form part of the AIM incentive scheme therefore CDM/PM decision is final in all cases.
